I've been exploring the skill part of the monthly cavalier eq the past two days and I noticed on the flux dispersal path that his true accuracy wasn't working. Specifically speaking, to get rid of the flux dispersal charges, you have to use a heavy. So, after I used some heavy attacks I naturally went from like 3 monster mass to 7 monster mass. According to his updated abilities, I should still have true accuracy. Visually, the true accuracy was still there but all of a sudden hulk buster started evading my attacks. If I'm not mistaken, true accuracy, true strike, vigilance, and true sense are not directly affected by ability accuracy nor do they decrease the opponent's ability accuracy, rather, they just ignore evasion, auto-block, and miss effects. Combined with the 20% ability accuracy reduction behaving more like 80% while fighting hulk buster, this really sucked. Aside from the true accuracy not functioning while under 10 monster mass, the icon also stuck around while I was in frenzy if I activated frenzy while under that cap regardless of how many monster mass I had at that given moment.

Device Specifics: iPhone 7, iOS 14.4, full bars of WiFi, cellular was not turned on.

tl;dr his true accuracy icon displays below 10 monster mass but does not function above 5 and it also displays indefinitely if frenzy was activated while below 10 monster mass regardless of current monster mass.
