Alliance War pop up notification

So I've been playing this game for a few years already, took a break about a year ago and when I got back to playing I got this message when I joined war. I still keep getting this message and it's become annoying to keep looking at it. How do I get rid of this from continuing because nothing seems to be working to stop it..

    It seems like it will not pop up if you are at Uncollected progression status.
