Which 5* should I take to rank 4?

About to get the last 2 Tier 2 Alphas I need. Here is a list of 5*s I have, who should I take to rank 4 or should I wait?
Captain Marvel (Movie)
Havok
Domino
Hulkbuster
Guillotine 2099
Hit-Monkey
Nova
Cable
Spider-Man (Classic)
Agent Venom
I just started playing around Thanksgiving and I'm having trouble progressing. I just recently got Uncollected. I tried to look at tier lists, but for example I have trouble ramping up Guillotine 2099 to 100+hits so she isnt as good for me and I just use her for alliance defense.

G2099, Domino, CMM or HB are your best bets. I know you say you can't ramp her up to 100+ hits, but if you finish a fight with the sp3, you start the next fight with a 100 combo.
I really would recommend her as she is double immune, regen and power control.
