I have just tried to join this AW attack phase and as soon as I did my team have joined but are unable to use

    Hey there, our Support Team would be the best equipped to look into this. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
