Missing Cat 5 crystal award

I opened a 10 percent but it did not add to the existing stash. I put in a ticket .....will this get resolved ? Dang this is a kick to the groin.

Update: Kabam won’t fix because I cannot answer the questions such as my first two purchases which are over 4 years ago. I just became free to play and closer to retirement. Service is disturbingly bad at Kabam.
