Why are the specials still being able to not work? This has happened every mission in the monthly quest...

All are **** hit the special nothing happens but you hear the sound effects but not action is taken... Another time that we're being taken by Kabam and it's forthcoming redundant actions that never seem to improve but they never offer compensation for any actions only "oh we found a fix and pushing it live in a few moments" and it turns around to be the same flakiness as the one before. They don't say well hey we messed up we're genuinely sorry here's a showing of gratitude and appreciation for your toleration of our mistakes and grievances..
