Has kabam gone above lvl 60?

Hi peeps
Haven’t played in weeks. Logged on the forums the odd occasion but never really read anything.
Anyway. Hopped on today. Thought I’d give the lunar SQ a run. I noticed the top bar that shows your name/icon/level looked different.
I was at lvl 60. But instead of being maxed like usual it looked like I was at the beginning of lvl 60.
Have done a brief check. Can’t find a post. Didn’t see it in game mails. Has kabam increased the player levels? Or is this a new visual bug?
