2/15/21 storm internet difficulties

As most of the US Is under storm watch, many players in our alliance have lost power and/or internet making it difficult to do AQ and AW. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST KABAM TO LOOK INTO THIS AND FIND A SOLUTION WHERE WE DONT GET PENALIZED DIRING TIMES OF HARDSHIP.
