Act 6 Exploration Journey

Just finished exploring Act 6, and wow, what a long journey! Before I say anything else, if you hit 100% of Act 6 pre-nerf, you're amazing - and excused from reading any further
Approach:
I'm a slightly above average player, at best. I explored 6.1 about a year ago, and did my initial clear of 6.2 through 6.4 just before the nerf. With all the variants at 100% I would end up bored after EQ by mid-month, so I started exploring 6.3. My strategy was to pick lanes I could do itemless, and there were more than I expected. I used the same approach to 6.2 and 6.4, bouncing back and forth depending on the day.
Spent months doing that just to pass the time, and by early February I was left with just the "problem" paths and quests. I'm looking at you 6.2.5! But by this point the end in sight was in sight.
What I learned:
- approaching it non-linear worked best for me. Ignore paths early that you can't do itemless. At some point you'll have better counters or skills.
- how to really plan a path. For example, 6.2.5 forces you to dig deep to solve for specific nodes on every defender in a single path. My planning skills improved because they had to.
- Ghost & Quaking. I was "meh" with both. I got better, l because I had to
- Roster matters. I remember dumping so many units at the darkhawk boss on my initial clear. But RedMags absolutely destroys him.
I'm most proud of solo'ing (almost) every boss at least once. Mordo with Void was probably my best work. Grandmaster was the exception, used 3 or 4 revives on my last run.
Rewards
- 6* nexus awakened my r3 Venom. Happy with that.
- AG was Mystic. Awakend my r3 Doom.
- t5cc was Skill. Was hoping for Tech for Ghost or Science for CapIW, but I'm leaning towards taking Mole Man to r3 just for fun.
Overall I enjoyed the experience more than expected. There's nothing else like it in the game - and my guess is there never will be again.

For 6.4.4 diss track CapIW did most fights, just add a cosmic and tech champ to the team. Think I actually used Venom for the Havok on that path. Landing heavies does the armor break to keep cold snap from triggering, lock in your armor up early to keep plasma from triggering...then stack those bleeds.
Good luck!
