SP1 and SP2 faint discharges!!!!! GRRRRR

I spent a lot of time building an awareness on timing to use abilities efficiently as have multiple people in my alliance. For the passed few days ive experienced glitches with my SP discharges. Many times have o discharges the special to see no physical action or damage given. The only character ive seen action from was The Hood. Sp2 discharges and instantly his invisibility triggers. No gunfire. This is effecting the story arc. My new event quest the arena and alliance wars and quests. Also groot seems to haa achieved a sort of unstoppable function through parry he doesnt get stunned.
