War tab won't open

My war tab won't open and it's stuck with the screen with asteroids flying. Last it had happened I joined war through war room chat
box. But today I want to place defenders and it just won't let me. Also there are issues with connecting through wifi. I joined through wifi and it's stuck at "Logging In" screen.
