So today I lost a t2 alpha

I was gonna rank 4 my 5 star magik today and I realized that I'm missing a t2 alpha catalyst. The day before that I blasted kabam for giving me the worst pulls ever for 5 star featured Mephesto. I pointed out they're flaws and how they should value all ppl equally by giving everyone the same luck when it comes to featured 5 stars. I mean that's an extra 5k shards just for trying. So I sent a ticket about it and they don't seem to care. I even provided them picture evidense. I'm very frustrated with this system kabam is playing! They can't even fix thebugs and glitches. Kabam if your reading this please do what's right! I bought all the t2 alpha catalyst shard sales just to form them but by simply telling them that they aren't fair, they went and took a t2 alpha catalyst away. Whoever is reading this be cautious and take daily pictures of your stash because kabam will do crazy **** just to make money.

So if I believe you, and you purchased all the T2 offers and then they took them away because you complained about featured crystals....dispute the charges, and get your refund which you would be entitled to.

I wonder though if you disputed charges already and then kabam came in and took back the shards...

If the 8 is a before shot, you can't go from 8 to 3 since you can only use them 4 at a time. You could go from 3 to 8 though

The before picture was from when Daryl was going from MMXRG to MMXIV a couple months ago. I believe he took Medusa to r4 (he showed in the picture that he had 8 T2A - 4 T2A = 4 T2A remaining in his stash). He was planning to take Magik to r4 and should have had 4 T2A remaining if my memory is correct from his YouTube video:

When he tried to take Magik to r4 he only had 3 T2A and that's the issue @danielmath because he's missing one T2A.

You can tell it's not next day based on the backgrounds. Different events. Are you able to sell T2a? If yes, maybe that happened and you should send in a ticket. I've seen them restore sold items pretty frequently.
