Wierd interactions of Tigra with some champion

Now I really don't know if it's a bug or there's any logic that I am missing out.
1- Tigra is able to miss cull's sp1's weapon's hits but not able to miss his weapon attacks in sp2.
2- Tigra is able to miss vtd's sp1 's first two wips but not able to miss the third wip.
3- Tigra is sometimes not being able to miss Vtd's sp2's last ball thing attack which irritates.
I need clarification and I guess there are more of these interactions which I am missing out so it would be helpful if you post them in this thread so that every tigra player gets aware of it before being clipped and kabam puts out their nerf guns.
