How long does the support take to answer

Well, that, I sent my problem yesterday and I'm worried, I know it usually isn't like and instant reply, but still, I don't want my problem to be forgotten lol.

    Not positive but they might not respond to tickets on weekends. I can’t confirm, but it’s possible that’s the case here.
