ive opened over 200 phc and no 4* the crystal lands on a 4* and then adds a boost on its spin to make sure it is a 2*
your crystals are rigged it is getting hard to want to continue the game fix it!

Just always expect PHCs to be 2 stars, save yourself. A. Lot. Of grief that way. I finally pulled 2 4 stars from them last week, first ones since December.

Completly random. You can get one in a week and none after 200. Its not broken. Clearly says a RARE chance at a 3-4 stars.

It's RNG. Random. It can come and go. Also, the Spin is not an indication of what you will get. It's just possibilities. The outcome decided when you click Spin or Open.
