Persistent charges are all gone

Today i went to fight on AQ with my professor x then i realize he got no persistent charges i thought it's only for AQ but i checked champions menu and non had their persistent charges too

I noticed with corvus it didnt show the persistent charges but he still had his cruelty charges so prolly a visual bug
