New character sig ability

I think they should create a character who’s sig ability is to be able to block unblockable and be able to hit the unstoppable

It would be great if u gave one of Them ned update or New comming champs
The abilliti to inflict bleed or poison, but the damage it would do
was based on how active the oponent forught.
So if u stood still and blocked it would do xx damage, bout if you tried to attack it would rise exponentiel
