Stryfe psionic blasts don't work as intended

When passing 6.4.5, on Spry, Gassed, Mixed Master, found a bug - on this road, Stryfe medium attacks are not considered to prevent evasion - the enemy does not evade, but the negative effect is triggered as if the champion evade.
The same goes for roads with Mesmerize - Stryfe gets stunned.
