Is it just me who feels that civil warrior is gonna be top 5 tech champ, and masacre also is gonna be 4th best skill.

    I might agree with CW, or he might be 6th-7th, but can't say anything bud,let the gameplay come.

    Massacre literally has 0 utility. A failed buff IMO mainly because he didn't even need a buff but if they were gonna buff him, they should have added some utility then to get him to be used more. Don't know what's going on behind that.
