Massacre isn't going to be used any more than he already is. All they did is make him more practical to use but he still doesn't have utility. 4th best Skill champ my ass.

Massacre literally has 0 utility. A failed buff IMO mainly because he didn't even need a buff but if they were gonna buff him, they should have added some utility then to get him to be used more. Don't know what's going on behind that.
