5 star Science and Mutant AG's

Hey everyone, I just wanted some advice from the community on who to use my Science and Mutant AG's on. I've been saving them as I am mainly waiting for void or apocalypse/stryfe to use them. I recently got colossus and I am a bit torn on whether I should save the AG or not.

I am currently cavalier, haven't started act 6 completion yet, haven't done LoL, or finished any variants. All advice is appreciated!

Here is a list of my champions so far; I should also mention that I only have 1 5* mutaint sig but I have a s*it ton of science sigs

    Use mutant one on colossus and save the science gem.

    I would say hold on both of them for now. You will eventually need colossus ranked up but not just now, also considering you don't have enough sig stones.
