6 million rated alliance in need of skilled players

Hi everyone we are a 6 million rated alliance that's has had alot of the same members for over a year. We need a couple new players who will help bring our alliance to the next level. For AQ we try to do map 5 as much as possible and usually place in expert every other week. We are trying to get where we stay in expert continuously. If we don't habe the resources we will do map 5,5,3,3,3 if we are trying to get to expert it can be map 5,5,5,5,5 or 5,5,5,3,3 we constantly do AW and hold our own. What I'm looking for is players with a 150 to 350k rating at least 3 rank 5 4 star or 5 star duped champs able to complete map 5 without alot of items and who log on alot.
