Where does Post Buff Angela fall on the tier list?

After a fantastic revamp to her kit Angela is now definitely a superb champion. The question is now where would you rate her on the tier list:

Pros:
-Suicide friendly (Actually heals from them)
-Lots of buffs for any particular nodes
-Easy access to armor breaks in bulk
-Can become fully debuff immune to any damaging debuffs similar to Cap IW with a skill champ on the team and Ghost
-Can parry projectiles (now becoming a perfect Havok and IMIW counter)
-Simply to play
-Compatible with a lot of great synergies
-Auto block counter

At max sig? Early impression puts her in Warlock-tier.

That is, the "Blind Questing Team" tier, which is actually quite high on my tier list.

Honestly though, my tier list is small: Peak-Meta, Meta, and Sub-Meta.

Her sig alone, if it works as I understand it, puts her in Peak-Meta. Quite simply, no other champ does what she does.

Unawakened is a niche B tier and otherwise C tier; awakened and high sig is an all ‘rounder A tier
