Mind's eye node not giving the passive fury in cav eq after the update.

Mind's eye seems to be bugged after the update. I get in the quest with a skill champion trigger an evade which clearly pops up the failed notification and i don't get any furies. This seems to be consistent every time. Things i have tested: used a mix of NF, NT, BWDO vs a 3-4 different opponents and noone ever gets any furies. Things i have tried with my phone: restart the game, restart phone, clear cache. Anyone else facing this?
