Please suggest my rank up. Both are duped 5* rank 1. Going to take them straight to rank 4. I m going to use both without any relevant synergies.

If you're in Act 5 or below, I'd go with Domino. But Kingpin has more uses in Endgame content imo.

Dominos utility is garbage. I’ve actually used my kingpin quite a bit for act 6 and other content. Plus he only needs one synergy member. Kingpin 100%.
