Odin’s side quest glitch

My game has been glitched like this the whole day. I bought caskets 1-5 in order however I am stuck at tire 4 and 5. I am not able to do tire 6 therefor I cannot advance in rewards. I have been trying to reach out all day, please resolve this. I along with other players deserve answers and this fixed.
