The Mystery of AQ energy disappear at the beginning

So, I think by now every notices that for the first 2-3 person (or more) that enter AQ will lost 2 energy. What is the meaning of this? What is/are the logical reason(s)?
@Kabam Miike can you explain this to me?

    If you join at the start of AQ then you will always start with 3 bars of energy.

    at the start of a new AQ or AW your energy resets to 3 energy it doesnt matter how much you ended the day before with. Yes most of the time you "lose" energy on this, but imagine if you finished AQ late the day before and now because of that you started the next day with 0-1 energy and then were playing catchup all week because of it

    That's a great way of looking at it. Map 5 and Map 6 can run to the wire sometimes.

    How is "everyone starts with 3 energy every AQ/AW" not an answer?
