The uncollected

I recently completed my cavalier title mission but when I saw my title I am not having "The Uncollected Title" and games not providing me the "Uncollected arena crystall" but I am getting grandmaster crystal shards. Is it a bug or something having cavalier without uncollected?

    I'm confused. Did you just achieve Cavalier or did you just achieve Uncollected?

    so you have the cav title, but not the uncollected. did you somehow break tos or did you just not claim the title?

    I remember claiming the Title and I have never hacked game I completed my uncollected in November 2019 and cavalier in fab 2021. The moment I applied cavalie title 'The Uncollected' Vanished I don't know how...
