Game doesn't load

It's been 32 hours since I last logged into the game . My game doesnt load bcz of wifi issues , it doesn't go to reconnect button it just shows the red sign . I don't know what to do I can't login . I even have submitted a ticket to kabam. @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Zibiit anyone i really need help
