Is this a Valhalla Bug on Reward Target?

I am at Cavalier level and I was complaining to my friends that it seems like impossible to reach the target and the rewards seems very little to be worth the trouble and one posted to me that their requirement is much lower compared to mine. So I took a screen shot of it, maybe you guys can help explain and figure this out if this is a known bug or not..thanks

    832,000 vs 240,000 and both get the same amount rewards... I think this is an issue right?

    Blair, yesterday's target was also the same at valhalla...but today's is much lower so I dont know...

    They have adjusted it down according to @RichTheMan and the MCOC news. Kudos for this change.
    Bigger problem is the horns aren’t ent unlocking the appropriate tiers!
