Moleman not shrugging

Anyone noticed Moleman isnt shrugging debuffs at all.
And apocalypse not getting charges.

    No. Both are on my team in eq.
    My moleman is just getting destroyed by my suicides, which has never happened until recently but caught me out last month and is still the same.
    And i dont know why apocalype isnt getting charges when winning fights, but i think i saw something about pre fights being bugged.
