Alliance Management Tools

I'm sure this may be a little farfetched, but I figure I might as well ask.
Most alliances and committed community members use different tools to keep track of their alliance members and all their information. It's usually kind of a chore and officers have to make do with whatever information and apps they can get their hands on. I think there should be a better way to handle this, and I think I have a couple of ideas for it.
The first thought that strikes me is that you guys can make an official tool to keep track of the alliance. Doesn't have to be anything that compromises any security or anything, we just need to keep track of our prestige, advancement, hell, even diversity planning for AW (since wars are now non-skill based, but I'm not going there on this post).
The second thought is more of an API kind of thing... maybe you could just make that information available to players. I don't think anyone should care about which champs you have, their prestige, your masteries, etc. but yourself and your alliance. It's not a vulnerability for the game if you just give us some "read permissions" over that info. That way, you can encourage allis to make their own tools (or have the extensive IT community make some for you).
Either or should work for us, and it would greatly help people get involved with their accounts, alliances, and their growth.
I mean, you do have that information, so it's only a matter of making it available to your players through a means that is not only the game. Let's face it, the game's management capabilities are falling short, especially considering alliance leaders and officers have to keep track of most of the data anyway, but they have to do it through different means, and there's so many variables to be taken into consideration for us to properly organize.
So yeah, I'm an officer, and yeah, I do those things, and yeah, I'm lazy and I'd like some help on it. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
