This is clearly a buff (temporarily makes character stronger) it should be nullified or counter spelled. You can make DS a top champ again by doing the right thing and making AOI counterspelled. You mean to tell me the Scorceror Supreme can put out some flames with his magic! I know I’m waiting my time but stuff like this makes no sense.
