Angela bugged vs Human Torch and Ibom

I experienced this in uncollected EQ ch 3.2 vs iBom and Human Torch (they are both on the same path).

My Angela is sig 182.

At one point vs iBom she had 5 active buffs but still took poison damage (it was debuffs). Same vs Human Torch.

Go duel HT and see for yourself. Let him hit you. It’s inconsistent so test it a few times. Sometimes she shrugs off the debuffs and sometimes she doesn’t

Both of those champions have increased DoT duration. Just like everything else in the game Angela is reducing the base value durations leaving the extra durations to tick.


*Ibom will consistently tick and HT will tick based on his temperature (that’s why it’s observed as inconsistent).

That actually makes sense. That set up makes understanding the game a bit more tedious, but technically fair. Thank you for the explanation!

Sig 99 4* Angela not shrugging off Iceman’s cold snap while she has 3 buffs. I don’t think Iceman has extended debuffs when you duel him.

Is that the Coldsnap that he applies at the start of the fight? If so, she won’t shrug it off since she doesn’t reduce the duration of existing debuffs when she gains new buffs. So if you have one buff active when you get a debuff, you’ll reduce it by X% but if you get another buff you won’t reduce it by another X%.
