I have an awakened 5* at rank 3, question is do I plot the resources into taking him to rank 4, I’m currently struggling at 5.1.4 and have 100% acts 1-4.

He has uses in act 6. In act 5 you are better off ranking up other champs.

Gulk is quite useful, but without seeing the rest of your roster couldn't say whether you might have better options or not.

My top end, not getting t5 catalysts anytime soon though so aegon Luke and warlock stay as is for now

Upgrade sorcerer and falcon.

Yeah Killmonger, Falcon and Sorcerer are better options than Gulk IMO
