Specials not engaging, and choppy game play

It looks like this may be a problem for others. In game my champs specials are not engaging and still using my power bars leaving me vulnerable for attack. For instance GR starts the motions for a special 2, but no fire comes out his mouth leaving GR open for a beating. My other champs are having similar issues. Also, after the damn update game play has lost it fluid motion. It has become extremely blocky and unreliable. This has forced me to use resources to keep up with my alliance in AQ and War. Please fix asap and provide reimbursement for revives. Game is not worth my time if it continues play this crappy.
