Anyone else think there isn’t enough t4b in monthly eq?

There are only 3 and a half t4b’s over all difficulties. Not to mention it’s only found in master and heroic difficulty which I’m sure most players don’t do. I know we get a bit in side quests, but when it requires 12 to bring a 5* to rank 4 and 7 to rank 2 a 6* It’s just not enough. I’d love to hear other peoples opinions.
