Incursion Issue

So uh... My main account carried my FTP mini bro thru some tier 5 incursion to get some 4 and 5* shards. Well- after going thru 10 sectors, didn’t get any shards. At all. Got the gold and incursion fragments, but no shards. Hmmmm
