    Havok is the better champ, massive damage, great DOT, 2100 energy resistance (about 50%) cheeses all energy adoption nodes, incinerate immune, crit resistance, non contact attacks allowing him to bypass thorns, spiked armor, electro etc.

    havok is better, but storm x is very underrated
