Here is my roster:
Comment your choice, the one with the most agrees and likes by the next level up event (assuming I have the right catalysts by then, I think I am only missing a couple t1a) will get ranked up and posted.

Took him to Rank 4 max sig. I definitely underestimated his prestige. Might take him through and try him out some in V6 for my exploration.
