Obb data auto delete

After the recent update (Mephisto, my update date 2nd october 2017) every time i close my game and restart it afteer a while, it prompts me to download additional 490-550 mb of files everytime. It looks like the downloaded files get deleted automagically everytime. My device is "Oppo F3 ". Anyone else having this type of issue??
