    Stun Immune is Stun Immune, whether it is a debuff or a passive.

    I just tested this in war for you, Storm X cannot reflect the stun and replace it with a passive because they're immune rather than shrugging it off, so she still gets stunned instead! So its just like any other unfortunately.
