Ragnathor from EQ is broken (maybe)

He applies his shock on struck even though I had Falcon with active DAAR (boon of the gods is said to ignore AAR, but node with shock doesnt tell such Thing)
And next problem, I tried him with Archangel, and I didnt apply single bleed with like 4 heavies, and AA should ignore AAR, am I right? So many A's, lul
It's not like its a problem, I have other counters, but not all people have this option.

    Yes, I know about his reduction, found out hard way when I tried to smack him with Apoc. But still, with Falcon he shouldnt be able to apply shock when hit, if he is scanned.

    Too bad looking at his animations causes total spiritual collapse because at higher rarity and max sig, he's not too shabby.
