Change to Rogue

Rogue has the ability to powersteal. As a suggestion, I believe when you activate her SP2 each hit steals power but the power bar does NOT go up. I don't think her SP2 is nearly effective enough, but a change like that could make her more useful. I'd love to see this go into effect, but as stated, it's just a suggestion.
