How are the monthly eq legends run time measured now??

For monthly EQ, is the legends time measured the way it was before, or is it changed to the method that Kabam used for act 7.1 (where only fight time was calculated)?

Also is it still Heroic+Master 100% or changed to Uncollected+Cavalier 100%??
