I don’t know if this is a bug, so I’m putting it in general, but this shouldn’t be happening, right?

Glancing reduces offensive AAR by 100%. However, the tentacle attack no damage thing doesn’t have a chance to trigger, which means it’s guaranteed to, no? So, I’m just wondering if this is a bug or just a big description error
