Bug with Masochism node in Act 5 Chapter 2

The masochism node states that "the next debuff triggered on this champion is immediately removed." However, when triggering multiple debuffs at the same time all of said debuffs are being removed, not one as suggested in the description. This is happening when multiple debuffs of the same kind (e.g. poison from Dr Voodoos sp1) are being triggered at the same time, and also when different debuffs are applied at the same time (e.g. when fighting with Nebula and using parry to transfer shocks to the opponent, both the shock charges and the stun that comes with parry are being removed) Please could you clarify whether this is a bug or "working as intended."

    I've tried Thor just now and he seems to remove one but not the other. Not quite sure why it doesn't do the same thing for Nebula?
