I have a skill two to three and a skill three to four. My question is. Is he worth taking up? I can’t awaken him but I could get him to R4

I wouldn't take him up unless you have no better options. Can we see what the rest of your roster looks like?

I would think it would be better to take up Quake, Havok, Sparky, or Colossus rather than Kingpin. If you do want to use your skill gems, I think he would be a good option for them considering you already have Aegon and Nick ranked up
