I got one 5* Cosmic Awakening Gem and all the below champions are R3, so Whom do I need to Awaken??

Corvus should be the priority, but you can't go wrong with CMM or Medusa.

Nah, he is good awakened for sure, but needs a high sig. Corvus and CMM get a huge benefit at just sig 1. They are also MUCH better overall.
