Rank Up gem

Hi all

I'm trying to r4 Angela after her buff. I have a normal cosmic 3 to 4 gem and a generic 2017 gem. I want to use the 2017 one but it only shows the cosmic one. Is there a way to solve this without using the cosmic one?

You gotta contact support. It’s annoying but it’s the only way unless you use the cosmic gem on someone else

It is no guarantee it will work. I tried multiple times and never was able to get help from them. They asked me to use class one with big FU.

Posting here to ask help from Mods got me a warning and post got deleted because I posted screenshot of support email response.

what they did to me was they told me to use the class one and that they were gonna take the generic from my account and give the class one back, which they did
