Claiming Scarlet Witch

So I downloaded this game under the impression that it I logged in before March 28th or something and I'd get a 3 star Wanda for free. Well. I did that. And no Wanda. How do I get her then without unlocking her via crystals? I looked it up and someone said from the calendar, so I assume there are daily rewards for logging in but I don't see any indication of this, where to find it, or anything. It's not clear at all. I just want my Wanda. Please help.

    possibly because they won’t hand them out until after the 28th?

    I saw it in a FB ad so I took it with a grain of salt anyway, FB tends to lie to me, but I was really hoping for Wanda. Sad.

    I'm sad that Scarlett Witch Sigil is not a playable character. Then when I have to fighter her it's a reminder of that....grrr
    Did Kabam ever give us a reason why she is unplayable?
